You are in your cozy sweat pair and the atmosphere is just right. Now add once cushion or elliptical to the mixture and you officially practice cozy fitness.
Cozy fitness training, a term coined by the Tiktok -creator Hope Zuckerbrowis about creating a cozy atmosphere to do a fitness training. By taking part of the stress from higher intensity, the trend shows that you do not have to sacrifice comfort to make your heart beat a little faster. It is “a workout that writes about everything you know about exercise,” Zuckerbow tells Popsugar.
“It has shown me that there are ways for me to fall in love with moving my body that does not have to focus on my physique, but more so the experience I have when I move,” she adds. And the best? You don’t even have to leave your living room. Cozy fitness training initially went viral with Zuckerbrow 2023, but it is already picking up again when we go back this fall.
