Sean “Diddy” Comb’s legal team The offensive is underway with a new movement that tries to reject one of the three federal charges against him and claims that the charges are racist motivated and that “no white person has ever been the case of a distant similar prosecution” during the MAN ACT.
In the memorandum submitted on Tuesday evening, reviewed by AmountAttorney for Combs stated that “there has never been a similar Rico era” and that he “has been pointed out for being a powerful black man, and he is charged with behavior that is regularly punished.”
The memorandum specifically deals with the bill three of his S1 elections, and claims that from 2009 to 2024 he became involved in transport to get involved in prostitution. The behavior in question concerns the sexual activity between his girlfriends and alleged male escorts that were hired through a legal escort service, which they claim was consensus.
“Many couples, including rich high-profile couples, involve third parties in their sexual relationships, sometimes for implicit or explicit compensation,” read the archiving, which points out that successful white men as former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer conduct similar activity but are not accused according to the same law. “Such behavior has never before triggered the Mann Act -Responsibility.”
His lawyer says the bill should be dismissed as an example of selective prosecution, as Mann ACT has a history of racist enforcement and is also known as the Traffic Act in the Vitlaven. “This prosecution is another example where (Mann Act) has been placed against a prominent black man,” concludes the memorandum.
Combs is currently imprisoned in Brooklyn before his May trial. In September 2024, he was accused of a racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking of violence, fraud or coercion; and transport to get involved in prostitution.
