MusicCares has revealed the linepage for the 2025 Person of the Year Honoree Gala Grateful Deadtakes place in Los Angeles on January 31.
Performers at the event include Dave Matthews, Noah Kahan, John Mayer, Zac Brown, Stewart Copeland, Mick Fleetwood, Sammy Hagar, Bruce Hornsby, Norah Jones, Wynonna Judd, Maren Morris, Lukas Nelson, Billy Strings, the War on Drugs, Vampire Weekend , Dwight Yokam, Sierra Ferrell, Maggie Rose, My Morning Jacket and The War and the Treaty.
Additionally, Bobby Weir, Bill Kreutzmann and Mickey Hart will perform alongside other Dead & Co. members. Andy Cohen hosts the evening, while comedian Bert Kreischer presents.
This year’s Persons of the Year gala will honor those in the music community affected by the Los Angeles wildfires that have ravaged the city in recent weeks. Funds raised during the event will help music professionals with resources related to evacuation, relocation, instrument replacement and more.
“Music has the power to heal and comfort,” said Harvey Mason Jr., president of the Recording Academy and MusiCares. “This year’s Grateful Dead gala will not only provide a moment for music people to reunite and support each other in the wake of the devastating Los Angeles fires, but together can provide funding to our community in need. I look forward to standing with MusiCares -team and all our guests for an impactful evening.

The gala will take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center just two days before the Grammy Awards air live from the Crypto.com Arena.
