A lawyer for Lil nas x has confirmed that the Grammy-winning artist is currently “in treatment” after his arrest for battery by a police officer.
Lil Nas X, whose real name is Montero Hill, was accused of allegedly attacking police and resisted arrest as he walked half naked in Los Angeles on August 21. Lawyers for Hill showed up in court on Monday and spoke with the press outside the LA Court.
“Of course you heard the treatment word,” said lawyer Drew Findling in a video Caught by Rolling Stones Nancy Dillon.
“We do what is best for Montero from a personal point of view and a professional point of view, but most importantly for his well -being. He is surrounded by a fantastic family, a fantastic team of people who care about him and love him. We only raise these issues. It is really as simple as that. He has had a great life” he will continue to be a big life.
Although his lawyers did not reveal the type of treatment their client received, Hill was originally taken to a hospital after his arrest on suspicion of a potential overdose. LAPD responded to conversations and complaints that a naked man acted incorrectly on the street that morning.
Hill also dealt with the arrest in his public social media accounts; “Your girl will be ok, everything. Ok? She will be ok, she will be okay,” he assured fans. “Shit. It was damn scary. It was scary! It was a scary for the past four days, but your girl will be okay.”
Hill did not appeal guilty to four criminal charges and published a $ 75,000 guarantee on his arrest. His next court date is set for November 18.
