Karol gS Con Cora Foundation launches its new Latina pwr Initiative through a first partnership with Latinojustice prldefaims to strengthen the next generation of Latina leaders in the United States.

Latinojustice, founded in 1972, has given leadership development to more than 10,000 participants. The collaboration with such a long -term advocate for equity and justice marks a milestone for the Con Cora Foundation, which during Karol’s vision is engaged in improving women’s lives and supporting the growth of their talents.

Latina PWR for the Leadership program was created to celebrate the strength and influence of Latinas and to expand her opportunities in spaces of power and decision-making. The first program will focus on increasing the Latina representation in leadership roles and broadening access to education as a way to drive social change.

By going from September 2025 to July 2026 in New York, the program will support Latinas that conducts careers in areas such as law and social adviser. Participants will primarily be the first generation college students who meet systemic obstacles to higher education but stand out for their driving force and commitment to professional growth.
