“Love island USA” season six has taken over my life. From it Friendship goals from role members Serena Page, Jana Craig and Leah Kateb to the drama -filled Casa Amor and funny (and sometimes shady) challenges, the entertainment was really unsurpassed. What began as a way of supporting Ariana Madix As she goes into her host era became my newest Reality TV obsession. I downloaded the app to vote in time, followed most of the actors at Social to keep up with their post-Vile Shenanigans and looked at almost every interview they have done. I even started picking up on the role of the role, from Kendall Washington’s “Nausty”, Kaylor Martin’s “Fawk Aaron”, or Katebs “Save me!”
Thanks to the show’s immediate popularity, several love islands will go into their influencing era and share their favorite products, including Kateb and Her now viral shower routine. Note that she always gets supplemented with her soft skin and how good she smells, she claims that her under $ 40 regime will be the upgrade you need.
The routine consists of four products described as “Vanilla girl” scents or, as Kateb expresses, “girls who like to smell like a muffin”, with a matrix of gourmands and cute notes. As a fan of both Kateb and sweeter scents, I had to see if Kateb made her big with this routine and if her product recommendations live up to hype. (If nothing else, I hoped it would hold me over until “Love Island USA” season 7 premieres.)
Continue reading for my full experience below. NOTE: Depending on the sizes you get, the price of the entire routine varies. In Katebs viral shower routine tiktok, some products are smaller or travel sizes.

Kateb starts its shower with an antibacterial laundry and then goes in with Lush sticky date shower gel ($ 13- $ 40). She describes the scent as “all good you can put together in this world” – and she is not wrong. With a date syrup base and notes of vanilla and sandalwood, it has a deep, sweet scent that reminds me of warm brown sugar. I pressed a clock of the body wash on my exfoliating gloves and immediately got a whiff, and soon it filled the whole bathroom. It is very fragrant and lady’s beautiful for a mild, yummy cleaning.
Then Kateb goes in with L’OCCITANE SHEA BODY SHOWER OIL ($ 12- $ 29), which describes the scent similar to baby soap. I thought the shower oil was light and silky, and its scent was powdered, very similar to the pond’s talk powder that my grandmother uses. I applied it to my wet skin, gave myself a relaxing body massage when the oil emulsated to a milky white foam and then washed it away. Its smooth structure is also suitable as a good conditioning agent for shaving. Kateb notes that sticky dates are the more overwhelming scent that stays on the skin; But I noticed the opposite. For me, the l’Occitane shea hung the body shower oil scent on my skin after shower.
Depending on the needs and mood of the skin, Kateb moisturizes her body with either Eos 24 hours of moisture body lotion in vanilla kashmir ($ 9, originally $ 11) or Kiehl’s Creme de Corps Body Butter ($ 49). Kateb notes that Creme de Corp’s body butter will leave your skin softer and hydrated longer than 24 hours of moisture body lotion, but the EOS body lotion is more fragrant compared to the body butter. Although I don’t have Kiehl’s Creme de Corp’s body butter at hand, I have Body Cream Body Lotion ($ 39), which is only a thinner consistency, according to Kiehl’s website. Both lotions are deeply moisturizing and pleasant to apply. Given Katebs’ analysis, I decided to apply Creme de Corps Body Lotion first to help hydrate my skin and then stab EOS 24H moisture body lotion in vanilla -kashmir on top for the buttery, warm vanilla air.

After the whole routine, my skin became soft and (according to Kateb’s words) “ma ma moist” with a beautiful glow that sparkled in the sun. Vanilla Cashmere scent lasted all night, and I woke up even the next morning with the scent that was still on my skin.
Kateb ends her routine with a spritz of her favorite vanilla perfume, which she did not originally revealed until she published a follow -up Tictoc on its perfume collection. “The scents I like, I like to smell edible. I like to smell like you can eat me from a plate. I want to smell like you want to come and taste me,” she says in the clip. Kateb is a big fan of Kayali Vanila 28 ($ 100), which was a popular scent among the Villa girls on “Love Island USA”, and as a result of her influence it sold out a few times. After she revived her popularity, she collaborated with the Kayali founder and Dubai Bling Star Mona from the floor And became the brand’s latest ambassador. Kateb loves Kayali yum peanut gelato ($ 100), a gourmand with notes of nutty pistachio and hazelnut, cotton candy and whipped cream, and even layer it with CRYS OF THE BUSHMALLOW MARY. ($ 100), a sweet, fruity scent with pink marshmallow, strawberry, coconut, vanilla and pink musk.
Katebs’ second favorite “How to smell edible” scent recommendations include Swells Vanilla Sky perfume ($ 90), Love of kilian was not shy ($ 295), Färosfiles Fresh Cream ($ 54), and Double vanilla spiritual guerlain ($ 395), which is a woody-amber vanilla scent that has been her go-to for six years.
Kateb put us on one of the most luxurious shower routines, and I highly recommend it – times a million. Here she hopes she loses her hair care routine next.
