The next stop on the Awards Trail has been revealed.
The annual Savannah Film Festival from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) has released its range, which gives some of the liveliest titles from this year’s Oscars to university-driven events.
More than 225 Oscar-nominees have been shown at the festival during its 27-year history and several prospective prices hoping to join the trail.
The 28th annual Savannah Film Festival’s range currently includes ”Frankenstein“Hammen“It was just an accident“Jay Kelly“No other choice“Sentimental value“The will of Ann Lee“And many more Oscar -hopeful.
“Sin” and “a battle after the other“Will also be shown at the festival in the middle of their growing prices for the award, even though he has already been released this year.
167 films will be shown at the Scad Savannah Film Festival in total. This consists of 56 narrative features, 16 documentary features and 96 short films over different sections and categories. The festival will also recognize a number of celebrities and host several filmmaking panels.
“Every October, Scad Savannah transforms into a master class in Moviemaking, with our 2025 Scad Savannah Film Festival range with J.LO, Mark Hamill (the original Skywalker!), ‘Wicked’s John M. Chu, and so many more who help SCAD -SCADBIN to make the jump from the classroom to Callheet, to Callheet, for the Oscar-bound premieres and stop for the splendor in the southern most cinematic city. Silver screen dreams live here-light, camera, scad! “
On top of the many new editions that will play at the Savannah Film Festival, shows will also be devoted to a handful of older films. The festival will be screened “Breathless”, Jean-Luc Godard’s very influential piece of French New Wave cinema that served as inspiration for Richard Linklater’s new movie “Nouveelle Vague.”
In addition, Steven Spielberg’s family classic “ET The Extra-Terrestrial” will play at the SCAD event, with production designer Jim Bissell who speaks on a panel with other craftsmen.
