If you thought compressible was limited to Room lifts leggings and recovery boots It’s more function than fashion, think again. Today the compression industry extends to socks that are useful for travel, a full body Lymphatic drainage tax (Yes, really), and even de-bllaat lingerie that no one needs to know that you have received under your clothes.
This is partly thanks to Lauren Dovey’s brands Heat Healer and Cean (pronounced “seen”) which was founded to fill a large gap on the market. “Compression clothing is finally developed because Wellness has developed. It’s no longer just about what you eat or take. It’s about how you live, how you move and, yes, what you wear and put on your skin every day,” says Dovey Popsugar. “But the category was stuck. Everything was either clinically but ugly or sweet but completely ineffective.” Dovey worked side by side with manufacturers in the United States and developed medical class, graded compression that could be woven in garments made from over 70 percent herbal yarn. It sounds like a high order, but the design she has taken on the market actually benefits the body’s lymphatic, circulation and digestive system – and I have tried many of them, so I can certify their positive results.
Of course Dovey’s products are not the only compression equipment that our editors have tried and loved, so whether you are only interested in filling your The training box (Aka you have a thirst for leggings!) Or you are curious to dip the toe in new territory that can help you see major health benefits, I have described some of my favorite equipment I have come across so far. As an athlete and shopping leader, I promise I would not control you in the wrong direction.
