Drake and PartyExtdoor have announced Their collaboration album “$ OME $ Exy $ ONGS 4 U” releases on February 14th.
Drake revealed that the project will land on Valentine’s Day with a teaser clip on his social media showing him in a karaoke room with some women. Details of which songs will make the final cut are unknown.
The two have teased “$ OME $ Exy $ ONGS 4 U” since August last year, when Drake seemed like a surprise guest on PartyConcert in their original Toronto. “I know that all of you girls are out and when it gets a little chilly, PartyExtdoor and Drake album will be there for you,” Drake said.
Over the next few months, both artists annoyed that the album’s release was imminent. Most recently, Drake appeared on a live stream with Adin Ross in December where he told him that the album was originally intended for November but ended up being delayed.
Drake and PartyExtdoor have often been collaborators over the years, ever since the latter became the first artist to sign Ovo Sound and released his eponymous debut. They have been shopping for guest veversions, with party text door that contributes to projects such as “views” and “If you read this it is too late” and dragon is shown on “PartyNEXTDoor Two” and “PartyExtdoor 3 (P3).”
News about the album comes just before the launch of Drakes Anita Max Wynn tour in Australia, and started in Perth on February. During the hike he will move down in Melbourne and Sydney before packing it in New Zealand. Last week, Drake showed that he was preparing for the tour by running through some of his hits in a karaoke bar.
