Lola young has announced that she is going away from acting to focus on her health. This comes after the British singer writer collapsed On stage during her performance at the All Things Go Festival in New York over the weekend.
“I go away for a while,” Young wrote in a short paragraph that was published to her Instagram page. “It hurts me to say that I have to interrupt everything for the foreseeable future. Thanks for all the love and support. I am so sorry to let someone who bought a ticket to see me, it hurts me more than you know.”
Young added that fans who had bought tickets for her live -show would “obviously” be entitled to full refund. “I really hope you will give me a second chance when I have had some time to work with myself and come back stronger,” she concluded.
Young was scheduled to perform at a number of music festivals and exhibitions with dates scheduled for next year. The interrupted programs include her North American “messy” headlining tour, a 17-day hike that was scheduled to start November 1 in Toronto and ends on December 6 at Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles.
Before the incident goes off at all, Young had interrupted a performance in New Jersey for mental health reasons, which she spoke during her set on Saturday and said she had “had a tricky couple of days.”
