Bad rabbit closed out their 31-date ”I don’t want to go from here” residence at El Choli in Puerto Rico with a special appearance of none other than Marc Anthony. On Saturday night, the couple by Puerto Rica performed a powerful duet of “Preciosa” – an antemic ballad that acts as a heartfelt Ode to the island.
“I haven’t sung this song for over 20 years,” Bad Bunny said just before Anthony took the stage to a thunderstorm noise from the packed arena. Originally composed in 1937 by Rafael Hernández Marín, “Preciosa” was later popularized by Anthony and is considered to be one of Puerto Rico’s many unofficial national songs.
As they launched in the song Anthony went to Bad Bunny and pulled him into an emotional embrace. The two held each other tightly, heads pressed together, whispered words only they could hear.
For the special “una más” (“one more”) show Bunny also produced other local favorites including Dei V, ñengo Flow, Arcángel, de la Ghetto and Rainao. Chuwi went with him for their collapse “Welita”, which they have performed together every night of the three -month residence.
The groundbreaking reggaeton duo by Jowell and Randy were named 10 minutes to sing their own hits. In total, the concert lasted about four hours.
The show was live flowing globally on Amazon music And jerk channels all over the world. The show will also be available to play on the platform for 24 hours after Saturday night’s broadcast.
By building at speed, Amazon Music and Bunny announced a vast initiative with a focus on running education, cultural empowerment and economic development to create meaningful change over Puerto Rico.
Programs will provide enriched STEM learning plan, technology resources and educational support for students and teachers, as well as initiatives to help farmers and improve access to fresh products.
