“Saturday Night Live” has set its range for the first three episodes of Season 51.
Bad rabbit Will host the season premiere on October 4, along with Doja Cat as a musical guest. October 11, Amy Poehler will return to “SNL“With a role model as a musical guest. Sabrina carpenter will draw double service as both host and musical guest on October 18.
On October 4, the section will highlight Bad Bunny’s second time hosting “SNL.” His first performance ever on the show was a como in a 2020 episode, and he debuted as a musical guest in a 2021 episode that hosted by Regé-Jean Page before serving as both host and musical guest in 2023. Earlier this year he was a musical guest in the Season 50 final, which was hosted by Scarlett Johansson. His future appearance will be his first time that is worth without being the main musical artist. Bad Bunny will go on tour to market her album “Debí Terrar Más Fotos” this fall.
Doja Cat will make his “SNL” debut under Bad Bunny’s section. Her fifth album, “Vie”, comes on September 26th.
Poehler was a “SNL” role member for eight seasons from 2001 to 2008 and worked his way from the repertoire role to anchor “Weekend Update” during her term. She hosted “SNL” for the first time in 2010 with Katy Perry as a musical guest and hosted with Tina Fey 2015 with Bruce Springsteen and the e-Street band as a musical guest. Season 51 will mark its second solo host and her third overall. Earlier this year, she launched the podcast “Good Hang with Amy Poehler”, which has since risen to popularity.
