The editor’s quotation: “Although function is obviously a factor, I cannot exaggerate how well designed and beautiful this little mixer is. From the grooved ship to the wonderful color choices and coordinating cord, it may be the kitchen appliance I do not hate to leave on my worktop.
Looking aside, it also works as a dream. I use it to mix smoothies almost daily and appreciate how it automatically slows down to enable the frozen fruit and other ingredients to switch and sit before the automatic sensor is torn up again.
While I have struggled with the lack of power on some of my previously compact mixers, this one has a small but powerful engine. In fact, it mixes so well that I sometimes like to use the only button to pulse it instead of leaving it on the automatic mixing function to get more structure. I also use it to batch prep homemade salad dressing for the week, as well as cream for tacos and other sauces. It is so easy to take apart and hold on to the dishwasher when I’m done. I honestly couldn’t recommend it anymore. ” – Angela Elias, who contributes with shopping editor
