Timothée Chalamet’s next movie had already turned heads, if no other reason other than The actor’s appearance, sporting a pencil mustache And almost looks like a young Walt Disney. We knew that the movie from Josh Safdie would probably be something to talk about, but I didn’t expect this.
Marty Supreme looks cute and serious in a distant measure
Marty Supreme Somehow looks incredibly sweet and funny and quite dramatic at once. The new trailer shows us a guy who is an extremely good table tennis player and is romance Gwyneth Paltrow (among others), not exact things that require high drama.
But table tennis is one serious Games in this movie. Marty Supreme not only us a good player, he tries to put the whole sport on the map, and he seems to be extremely dedicated to doing this. I have never been more interested in Ping Pong in my life.
It has vibe of a “feel good” movie that sees Marty’s highest as a character that chases a dream, but at other moments we see the character threatened by people, seems to continue a couple of personal relationships, and in a short shot we see what seems to be some kind of explosion.
Maybe it shouldn’t be so surprising. Marty Supreme controlled by Josh Safdie, half of the brotherly duo that brought us Uncut gems. That movie also gave us moments with a character that was both incredibly charismatic and yet, often terrible, that came over our heads.
It is possible that we could see a similar story here. Timothée Chalamet may play our title character, the man we will follow through the movie, but it is far from clear from all this if he is really the “good guy” or not.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s return to movies are left something mysterious
One of the reasons why Marty Supreme Is remarkable is that it will mark a large return to Gwyneth Paltrow screen. Her roles have been get and far between late.
While we see her character in the trailer, and she has other invoicing behind the Chalamet, she is not so much in the trailer and leaves details about her role a bit of a mystery. That said, we know that the two characters will have some kind of romance because Paltrow has already talked about Sex scenes in Marty Supreme in between.
The Timothée Chalamet did not go home with an Oscar this year. Based on the first look on his new film, the actor may be in the same conversation next year.
