Rihanna showed up in the Los Angeles Court Earlier today to support Asap Rocky When he sets trial for charges of attacks from crime, a shooting event is derived in 2021 in Hollywood.
The singer sat with Rocky’s mom and sister in the middle of the trial that started last week. Rocky is facing two incorrect bills of abuse with a semi -automatic firearm arising from an incident 2021 where associated Terell “Relli” Ephron claimed that Rocky shot a gun on him on Hollywood’s streets. Rocky did not appeal guilty to the charges and rejected a foundation of 180 days in prison, claiming he was using a Prop gun and not an actual firearm. If convicted of his accusations, Rocky can meet up to 24 years in prison.
Fixed Rihanna is not expected to testify, she has been mentioned several times for the reason for the trial. During the choice of jury, Los Angeles was superior to Judge Mark Arnold unclear about Rocky’s marital status and asked his lawyer several times to clarify the legal position in their relationship. Rihanna was also a speaking point during the election of the jury, with prospective lawyers asked about their neutrality when they decided that the case would be affected if Rihanna would participate in the trial.
Rihanna’s behavior in court comes on an abbreviated day in the trial. Ephron took the stand for a second day to detail the event that took place at a garage opposite the W Hotel in Hollywood. He said he met Rocky in November 2021 to solve tension that arose between them and thought they would unite. But Rocky pulled the gun and pointed it to the head and stomach of Ephron. His second day’s testimony will address the moment after the gun was drawn, and when Ephron said Rocky fired two bullets that grazed his knuckles.
The gun used in shooting is the claim between the prosecutor and the defendant. Rocky’s legal team claims that the Ephron was the aggressor in the situation and that Rocky used a prop gun that shot empty to break up a scrap between Ephron and his team.
Earlier this week, Rocky’s lawyers are cross -examined. Thomas Zizzo, the police who responded to reports of a shooting on the absence of proof of the scene. (Zizzo is also Erika Jayne’s son.) Zizzo said under testimony that he did not witness any physical evidence that a shooting occurred.
In the middle of its trial, Rocky is nominated for best music video at Sunday’s Grammy Awards. He is the next scheduled to play the Rolling Loud California 2025 in March.
