Nachoost sauce recipe – with photos

We do not always make nachoost from scratch, but when we do, we use this reliable guy Fiei recipe. We first learned about Guy’s Super Melty Cheese, or “SMC”, in a Interview with PS Many years ago. When he describes the steps to make the perfect nachos (an essential for all game days) said Guy: “I think one of the things we all love with nachos is nice, creamy cheese. We call it SMC, Super Melty Cheese.” Well, when Super Bowl approaches on February 9, there is no time as the present to visit the recipe.

This cheese dip is like an adult version of the nachos you used to order at concession sites at sporting events, but it is made with real ingredients and is much more tasteful. After all, we talk about the mayor of Flavortown here. To make the best cheese sauce, the guy suggests: “The thing to remember when you make super melted cheese is not rushing. A little Roux with some flour and butter. In there, (whisk) some milk. You got a nice base yourself.

And with that we intended to make our own SMC, which we discovered tastes great at all. Dip tortilla chips in it – straight from the pot, if you are like us. Add green chili, fire -roasted tomatoes and coriander or jalapeños to make it a spicier queso. Drenka your broccoli in it to make it less vegetable-y. Dip french fries if you feel really wild. Throw cooked peel or elbows in it and serve it as Mac and cheese. . . The possibilities are almost endless.
